Over Jufen to Hinterthal
Over Jufen to Hinterthal
Just behind the church, your path towards Natrun begins, crossing meadows of cows and horses. At the latest here, any reluctance to hike in children is forgotten because along the forest path is the forest slide park. Whether tunnel slides or wide wave slides – there’s plenty of fun guaranteed here, and of course, adults can become children again! Once you tear yourself away from the fun slides, you can look forward to the next stage destination: the Jufenalm. It not only houses a wildlife enclosure but also an archery course. In the first BOHO Hotel & Restaurant in the Alps, you can also recharge your energy reserves with delicious dishes. From Jufenalm, follow the path past the chapel towards Hinterthal. Along the Urslau, it continues to the endpoint of this beautiful hike, where tired hikers can optionally take the hiking bus back to Maria Alm.
