Your hike begins with the ascent on the Gabühelbahn. Let yourself be enchanted by the impressive view during the ride – the anticipation of what awaits you grows with every meter of elevation! Once at the top, the hiking path leads you left towards Lettenalm. The path is well signposted and you will quickly enjoy the beauty of the surrounding nature. Passing Lettenalm, the route continues over Marbachhöhe. Here you can breathe in the fresh mountain air and let the silence of nature affect you. Now a slightly steeper ascent to Klingspitz awaits – don’t worry, every step brings you closer to a breathtaking panoramic view! When you reach the summit, you will be rewarded with a spectacular view over the Hohe Tauern and the majestic Hochkönig massif. Take a moment to enjoy the view and maybe take a few photos – this sight will stay in your memory for a long time! The descent is on the opposite side to the Hochkaserkapelle. Here you have the opportunity to make a small detour to the Hochkaseralm. In just 5 minutes you reach this cozy stop where you can fortify yourself with a hearty meal or a refreshing drink. Enjoy the regional specialties and the relaxed atmosphere with the dairymaid Resi. After the stop, return to the chapel. From there a small trail leads downhill until you reach the forest road. Here you can conveniently stroll down the mountain to the Dienten state road. The descent is relaxed and offers you the possibility to once again take a quiet look at the surroundings.

Path Conditions
This route can be taken in several variants:
From Gabühel, the same path leads to Klingspitz. After the mountain station, turn left onto hiking path no. 51 towards Lettenalm. From Lettenalm, follow path no. 12 and no. 440 to Marbachhöhe. Then a somewhat steeper ascent to Klingspitz on path no. 14a. From Klingspitz, a steep descent leads via path no. 14 to the Hochkaserkapelle (Hochkaseralm). Here you can make a small detour (5 min) to stop at Hochkaseralm (path no. 13). Back to the chapel, turn left on a small trail no. 55 downhill until you reach the forest road Mitterwald. The descent continues on path no. 55 to Oberdachebenbauer and further on the private road to Keilbrücke, where the bus stop is located.
