Via the Poschalm to the Mußbachalm
The hike from Hinterthal via the Poschalm to the Mußbachalm is a relaxed hike for the whole family. The start is in Hinterthal near the church, from where you then leisurely walk along the Urslau to a junction. Then it continues to the rustic Poschalm (not managed). From here it goes on a hiking trail towards the Kräuteralm Mußbachalm, where a stopover is definitely worthwhile. From the Mußbachalm it then goes back to Hinterthal along a forest road to the starting point.

Path Conditions
Start your hike at the Hinterthal Church parking lot and follow the Urslau on path no. 431. As soon as you reach the clearing, keep to the right and stay on path no. 431. This leads you gently uphill – along the forest road and over idyllic forest trails – towards Poschalm (not managed). Once at the top, you will be rewarded with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountain landscape. From there continue on a narrow forest trail (path no. 436) and then over a gravel road to the Kräuteralm Mußbachalm. After a well-deserved refreshment with Anita's homemade delicacies, you leisurely follow path no. 401a back to Hinterthal.
