Snowshoe hike to Reicheralm
Start in the village of Dienten: After about 50 meters towards Lend you will find the entry to the Grünegg toboggan run on the right side. Here it really starts – cross over the left slope side and climb up until you meet the toboggan run again. Follow the path to the Grünegg Alm snack station where you can take a short break. From the Alm, head left on a summer-marked path towards Klingspitz or Reicheralm. Follow the trail through the forest to the Reicheralm – a perfect oasis of calm as the hut is not staffed in winter. After a short break, continue right toward Lettenalm. Here you can enjoy breathtaking views of the impressive Hochkönig massif! Pass the Lettenalm and get ready for the descent. The path leads downhill back to Grünegg Alm, where the cozy inn invites you for a short stop. Take a break, enjoy the atmosphere, and recharge for your next adventure!

Path Conditions

Here we cross over the left side of the slope and go uphill until we reach the toboggan run again. We follow the path to the Grünegg Alm snack station. From there, it continues to the left on a summer-marked path towards Klingspitz or Reicheralm. This path is also a mountain bike trail in summer. We follow the route through the forest until we reach the Reicheralm. The hut is not staffed in winter and is therefore a perfect resting place. From here, it goes right towards Lettenalm. This path offers breathtaking views of the Hochkönig massif. We pass by the Lettenalm and then head downhill towards Grünegg Alm. Upon arrival at the Grünegg Alm, the cozy inn invites you for a short break.
