Stop at the sunny Reicheralm for a short break and recharge while enjoying the breathtaking view. The ascent over the northern ridge is simply spectacular! Here you can admire the impressive landscape of the Hohe Tauern and the Steinernes Meer. Although Klingspitz is a popular route, there are still some open areas that give you enough space for your own descent track. Path Conditions
At the road fork, we follow the right road signposted Klingspitz and then reach the Deutingalm via a forest road. It continues comfortably along the forest road and open alpine terrain to the Reicheralm. From there, initially keeping right, ascend the alpine meadows to then reach the saddle between Grünkopfl and Marbachhöhe in a wide left-hand bend (signpost). We turn south and reach the Marbachhöhe. From there, it goes briefly downhill into a hollow and then over the northern ridge to the summit of Klingspitz. Afterwards, over the northern ridge with some ups and downs past the Marbachhöhe further to the summit to the beautiful summit cross.
