MTB route - Örgenbauer-Biberg round

Start your route at the Maria Alm service center. You ride through the village towards the fire station and along the cycle path to Almdorf. In Almdorf, continue via Hof and Ruhgassing to Gerling. Here, turn right in the village and ride to the railway underpass at Schützing. Continue on a paved road to the federal highway. Turn left into the industrial area and use the underpass to the other side of the road. Now ride a short stretch along the cycle path by the federal highway heading north. After about 400 m, you reach the Gröbenbach. Here begins the 500-meter ascent with 15 switchbacks to the Örgenbauernalm. After a short flat section, continue uphill until, after a short descent and the final ascent just above the Biberg mountain inn, you reach the highest point of the route. Then take the descent back towards Saalfelden. Continue via Haid to the bridge over the Saalach. Cycle on through Breitenbergham to the Ritzensee (where you have the opportunity to swim). Then continue via the Maria Alm cycle path No. 1 via Ramseiden back to the starting point. Have fun on your route!
