PINZGA HATSCHA Stage 7 (from Mühlbach to Dienten)
Experience the Pinzga' Hatscha as a long-distance hiking trail – on foot, with the summer cable cars or by public transport. This route reveals the hidden treasures of this unique landscape. Many parts of the Pinzga' Hatscha lead through alpine and high alpine landscapes. That is why the plant native here, the silver thistle, is the symbol of this long-distance trail. The silver thistle and the Pinzga' Hatscha even have something in common: both can have their own pitfalls. Download Pinzga Hatscha Stage 7 tour

It goes uphill, left past the Karbachalm mountain station, on a meadow and forest trail to the Mühlbach ski hut. The path continues over gentle alpine pastures and finally a short, steep section through rocky terrain before you reach the highest point of this route, the Schneeberg summit at 1,921 m. From there it goes slightly downhill on path no. 15 to the saddle and further to the Klausalm cross. Keep right and follow path no. 57a to the Sunnhüttl. Then continue on the flat path no. 63 towards Dienten. Before the mountain station of the Zachhofalm cable car, this path merges again into path no. 15. Then it goes a bit steeper downhill, past the Plaudereggalm. A short stretch downhill on the forest road, the hiking trail no. 5 branches off to the left. The last section of this day hike leads steeply downhill again, through a forest area and then over meadows right into the village Dienten.
