Paussenberg gallery

Start from the town center heading towards the Spar supermarket. Cross the parking lot and the bridge, then turn left. Follow the path past the ice stock bowling alley and pass through the small Neubau settlement. Below the Gasthof Scherer, a narrow path leads you over a bridge to the road. Turn right onto the road and steadily hike uphill to the Gasthof Paussbauer. On the 2.5 km long path from the town center to the Paussbauer snack station, you will find a special kind of art gallery. Seven sculptures made of metal, wood, and stone in various techniques, created by local artists and the families of the landowners, line the already attractive walking and hiking trail with a wonderful view of the Hochkönig towards Paussbauer. Information boards provide explanations of the respective sculptures and their locations.
