Path Conditions
The start of the route is in the center of Maria Alm. You can comfortably take the Natrunbahn to the mountain station – first checkpoint!
From there, continue towards the Prinzensee – a short stop here is worth it for the panoramic view. Then follow the Jufen Rosa Trail, an easy gravel path, to the Jufenalm.
The return to the valley runs along the winter toboggan run. Once down, ride back a short distance towards Krallerwinkel, then turn right towards Primbach (signposted MA08).
Over asphalt and an easy forest road, it goes uphill to the Primbachsattel – alternatively, you can take the twoway Wawi Trail. Checkpoint at the saddle!
At the top, a small Northshore element awaits before you plunge into a winding gravel trail heading towards Hinterthal.
After the checkpoint in the picturesque Hinterthal, turn right to the Aueralm. Shortly after, there is a stream crossing – you will need to push your bike for about 25 m here.
500 m later, you reach the B164, which you follow to the Filzensattel. There you turn right onto the Grüneggweg, which takes you past the Grüneggalm on a varied descent to Dienten.
Stage goal reached – checkpoint in Dienten!
