The hike starts from the parking lots near the church in Hinterthal. From here, you walk along the gently babbling water of the Urslau valleywards. After a short time, you reach a bridge on the left. You cross this and walk comfortably along a wide path. At its end, a narrow trail leads directly in front of the impressive Triefen waterfalls.

Path Conditions
You start your hike from the parking lots near the church in Hinterthal. From here, follow the gently babbling water of the Urslau valleywards, where you follow path no. 415. After a short time, you reach a bridge on the left. You cross this and walk comfortably along a wide path. At its end, a narrow trail leads directly in front of the impressive Triefen waterfalls. And then you are standing right in front of them – the truly impressive Triefen waterfalls. Now it’s time to pause, take a deep breath, and enjoy before you head back to the starting point along the left side of the Urslau stream.
