This varied hike starts at the southern end of Dienten. From here a well-passable forest road No. 62 leads left toward Lengthalalm and Hirscheggalm. The path is surrounded by an idyllic landscape that delights with its variety of flora and fauna. After a comfortable ascent, we reach Hirscheggalm where a short break invites you to enjoy the view and maybe have a small refreshment. The alpine pasture is a beautiful place to absorb the calm of nature. From Hirscheggalm we continue uphill towards Schoberalm and Huberalm. The ascent is gentle and leads us through dense forests that offer a wonderful play of light and shadow in summer. After reaching Schoberalm, we follow the forest road for a few hundred meters through a picturesque landscape. It is worth observing the surroundings here since wild animals can often be seen in the woods. At a certain point, we leave the forest road and turn left onto a narrow forest path leading to the Huberalm. The path is pleasant and gives us the feeling of being one with nature. After a short break at Huberalm, we continue. From here a comfortable trail leads to the Königsbergalm. This section of the hike is especially beautiful as the trail is lined with lush vegetation and offers magnificent views of the surrounding mountains repeatedly. From Königsbergalm we take forest road 59a, which gently leads us downhill. The descent is pleasant and allows us to enjoy the landscape in peace. We finally reach the Güterweg Lindl, also known as the Mountain Farmer's Trail. We follow the Güterweg northwards, passing numerous charming mountain farms that reflect alpine life. This route offers insight into the traditional agriculture of the region and is accompanied by wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. The hike ends at Fischerstüberl, where the route concludes with a view of the surroundings (please note that Fischerstüberl is closed).

The start is at the southern end of the village Dienten - from here a forest road leads left towards Lengthalalm and Hirscheggalm (both not managed). From Hirscheggalm continue uphill towards Schoberalm and Huberalm. From Schoberalm it goes along the forest road for a few hundred meters. Then we leave the forest road and go left along a forest path to the Huberalm. From Huberalm a pleasant trail leads to the Königsbergalm. From there we go downhill along the forest road to the Güterweg Lindl (Mountain Farmer's Trail) and further along the many mountain farms, heading north to the former "Fischerstüberl" (closed!)/Keilbrücke. You can take a relaxing break at the Huberalm and the Königsbergalm, where you are spoiled with snacks from their own production and wonderful views. Both huts have their special features - the Huberalm is the oldest alpine pasture in Dienten and is known beyond the local borders for its cheese specialties. The Königsbergalm is one of the 13 Hochkönig Herbal Alms - here you experience that our herbal treasures at Hochkönig are not only good for the body but also taste great.
