Ach du grüne Neune - Sagebrush Loop
The enchanting hike starts on a gravel road heading towards Huberalm. Soon after, we switch to a narrow path through the forest. The Huberalm, the oldest alpine hut in Dienten, awaits you on a clearing with a breathtaking panoramic view of the Hohe Tauern. After a short rest, the route continues on a historic tractor trail (field path), which leads you to Königsbergalm. The alpine herders of the rustic hut pamper you not only with culinary herbal delights but also gladly reveal one or another secret about preparing various herbal oils. From Königsbergalm, the hike continues on a gravel road descending to the Lindl farm road and back to the starting point.
